Lets Start!
Basic Course
Day 1 - Getting wet and Excited
Day 2 - Depth and Relaxation
The morning begins with a two-hour theory lesson. During this lesson, we will explore equipment, its proper use, various freediving styles, techniques for pressure equalization, breathing and relaxation techniques.
After the lesson, we head to the water! During the water session (2-3 hours), we will practice all the topics discussed in the theory lesson. You will receive personal guidance, precise technique instructions, and continuous support. We conclude the water session, summarize the day, and rest for the next session.
Statice apnea workshop
This day begins with a theory lesson focusing on personal responsibility and safety in freediving. We will discuss communication, boundaries, and handling different situations to create a safe and comfortable practice environment. Then, we proceed to an enjoyable water session, deepening comfort and relaxation in the water.

Day 3 - Discover more comfortability
Day 4 - One with the Ocean
A theory lesson covering the mammalian diving reflex, the process of static apnea—mental and physical preparation, and recovery. We will practice static apnea exercises on land before heading into the water. With guidance, you will discover the incredible capabilities of your body.
Now that you've learned and practiced, it's time to apply your new skills on a journey through the beauty of the ocean. We can open sails with a sailboat or head to meet the marine life straight from the beach
Advanced Course
Day 1 - Getting wet and Excited
Day 2 - Exhile dive
Begin with an introduction to the course, learning how to set up a freediving session, knots, and procedures. Practice static breath-holds in the pool, understanding the dive reflex and stages of static apnea.
Discuss exhale diving, its benefits, and effects on equalization. Practice exhale dives, building confidence and addressing equalization challenges.
Day 3 - Deep and comfortable

Prepare mentally and physically for deep dives, breaking down the dive into stages, practicing preparatory breathing, and guided visualization. Practice deep dives in the sea, working on free fall, proper buoyancy, and equalization, reaching depths of up to 35 meters.
Certification & Insurance
You will receive an international certification from Apnea Total organization and online access to study materials. This allows you to join the community of freedivers and continue with advanced courses and training in freediving schools worldwide.

The benefits of freediving
Freediving, the practice of diving underwater without breathing apparatus, offers numerous physical and mental benefits.
1. Enhanced Respiratory and Cardiovascular Health
Freediving requires controlled breathing and breath-holding, which can strengthen respiratory muscles and improve lung capacity. This practice also enhances cardiovascular endurance, as the body becomes more efficient at utilizing oxygen during dives.
